The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is a high-end smartphone set to be released on February 17th, 2023. It features a 6.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a 1440 x 3088 resolution and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection. The phone runs on Android 13 and is powered by a Qualcomm SM8550-AC Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset with an octa-core CPU and Adreno 740 GPU. It comes in storage options of 256GB 8GB RAM, 256GB 12GB RAM, 512GB 12GB RAM, and 1TB 12GB RAM with UFS 4.0. The camera system consists of a quad-camera setup with a 200 MP main camera, 10 MP telephoto camera with 10x optical zoom, 10 MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, and 12 MP ultrawide camera. The selfie camera is a 12 MP camera. The phone supports 5G and has a 5000 mAh battery with 45W wired charging and 15W wireless charging. It also has features such as an ultrasonic under-display fingerprint sensor, Samsung DeX, Bixby, and Samsung Pay. The phone comes in multiple colors and models and has a starting price of $1,110.00....

Now Samsung has been decided to  cancelled the M41 becuase of the OLED supplier, China Star Optoelectronic Technology wasn't able to meet or qualify the Samsung Company's standard.  Now, Samsung now focusing on the Galaxy M51 and cancelled Galaxy M41 . The new Samsung Galaxy M51 phone is probably quite similar to the Samsung Galaxy A51.
